Return policy

We sincerely hope that our products can bring you a good mood. If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return the items you purchased within 14 days of receiving them.

Returns (if applicable)
1.We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery the product.
2.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3.We cannot provide refunds for products that have been shipped and confirmed delivered but the wrong address was entered during checkout.
4.We do not pay for return shipping unless the item is incorrect or defective.
5.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Note: If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at "manager@uilulu"
